4/20/22 –Here is a basic description of what we are looking for in an employee. Truck Tec duties: Run service calls: we do standard locksmithing stuff like Rekeys, MasterKeying, Installations ect. No auto servicing in the trucks.
Shop duties: Answer phones, wait on walk-in customers cutting keys, rekeying locks auto and regular, program auto key fobs and keys, lots of auto stuff in the shop and parking lot. we can train on this no problem.
We have been in business since 1984. We are a great shop!

It would be nice if they had some training or schooling, but we are also willing to train if they are mechanical. Work inside shop, front counter and outside with other technicians on jobs
Should have general knowledge of door hardware and keys
Rekey common types of locks, IC cores, high security a plus
Good at customer service, work at front counter, make keys, make keys by code
Answering phones, work cash register, unpack UPS and stock parts
Learn to maintain and adjust key machines
Eventually run jobs solo in our van
