2/14/2022 Lock and Key Ninja is growing rapidly and is looking for quality candidates that are ready to dive in and are teachable. We are trying to build a unique culture that is seemingly uncommon in the industry with friendly service that always does what’s in the best interest of the customer and not our pocketbook. Maintaining our large base of clients and property management companies is the key to our success with a 99% retention rate and expanding to other large contracts as well. Pay is base plus commission. Pay will commensurate with time and skill level. Training or certification in other areas of locksming will also lead to increased pay. Additionally, the right candidate may have the opportunity to run their own franchise and territory. Ultimately the goal is to either franchise or hand over the keys to a “senior manager” to run the business while I focus on marketing and expanding offerings and territory. So there are significant advancement opportunities.
